3. Loan Products and Terms
CadenOne offers private lending products including, but not limited to, bridge/fix-and-flip loans, ground-up construction loans, and DSCR rental loans. All loan terms — including interest rates, loan-to-value (LTV) ratios, origination fees, and repayment schedules — are subject to credit approval, property underwriting, and applicable state regulations. Published loan parameters are illustrative only and do not constitute a commitment to lend.
4. Borrower Obligations
As a borrower, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information in all loan applications and supporting documentation; (b) promptly notify CadenOne of any material changes to your financial condition or the subject property; (c) maintain required insurance coverage throughout the loan term; and (d) comply with all terms set forth in executed loan documents. Failure to meet these obligations may constitute an event of default.
5. Default and Remedies
An event of default occurs when a borrower fails to make timely payments, breaches any covenant in the loan agreement, or misrepresents material information. Upon default, CadenOne reserves the right to accelerate the outstanding loan balance, charge default interest, pursue foreclosure proceedings, and seek any other remedies available under applicable law or the executed loan documents.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the CadenOne website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Caden Capital LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from CadenOne.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. CadenOne does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caden Capital LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services or any loan product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. CadenOne's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to CadenOne in the three months preceding the claim.
